What is The Swell?

The Swell is a new community and learning platform that helps people navigate the second half of their lives. We offer a combination of expert-led workshops and symposiums, life-changing experiences, digital wellness tools and an active community. We believe that by making the latest science accessible, we can empower members to live longer, happier and healthier lives.

Our members are not retiring, they're reinvesting -- in learning, personal growth, health and happiness -- and thinking about the next chapter of their lives. Questions like, "How can I be healthier and happier?", "How can I have more meaning in my life?", "What is the most important thing to me right now and why?" are top of mind for us.

How long will advance Tickets be available?

Early Bird and Pre-Sell tickets will be available until the advertised deadline or until the allotment lasts.

​​What is the Refund Policy?

The Swell does not offer ticket refunds for any reason. Please consider the date before purchasing a ticket.

What should I wear?

The dress code is festive casual.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 5:00 PM to mingle and grab your seats. The program will begin at 5:20 PM, conclude around 6:20 PM, and be followed by a cocktail reception.

Where will the weekend of events be taking place?

The Peri Pause will be held at Hotel Chelsea located at 222 West 23rd Street, New York, NY 10011.

The New Pause Private VIP Cocktail Reception will be held at Hotel Chelsea located at 222 West 23rd Street, New York, NY 10011.

The New Pause Symposium will be held in Downtown NYC. The venue details will be announced shortly.

What's The New Peri Pause agenda?

The Swell and Dr. Mary Claire Haver are welcoming three leading doctors for an expert-led panel discussion and interactive audience Q&A.

Will there be food?

Yes, there will be cocktails and savory bites throughout the program.

If I'm not able to attend in person, can I join via live stream?

Yes, the event will be broadcast live. You will need to purchase a live stream ticket in order to receive log in credentials in advance of the event. You can purchase a ticket here.
